PG&E in Chico is pretty poopy in the winter. All downtimes can be blamed on the power going out in my neighborhood, whether or not it's actually caused by power outages in my neighborhood.

This page used to be hosted on hellmitre's home machine on his ADSL connection, but is now hosted on his cable connection, so bandwidth intensive pages are less uncool.
